We offer a 30-day return policy for most items purchased at TIWACTH CORPORATION. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Items

• Unworn clothing with original tags
• Accessories in original packaging
• Items purchased within the last 30 days
• Items with original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-tailored or altered items
• Intimate apparel and undergarments
• Items damaged by customer
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Process

1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase
2. Bring items to our boutique with original receipt
3. Items will be inspected for condition
4. Refund will be processed to original payment method
5. Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability.

Service Refunds

Styling consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided. However, if you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
